No stars! I am VERY ANGRY! The service I received was shocking. My bill is thousands of dollars. I have had 2 cats in and out of there for help, for over a month. I am sick! My last visit just a day ago, again i was treated like trash. My animal was jerked and yanked out of the kennel. Tail was pulled up so her butt was in the air and a thermometer was stuck in her butt. I trusted them and kept taking my FAMILY there. I do not know what the problem was nor do I care. I will never be back. I am forced to go to another vet today because my babies are suffering and in pain. How dare you! I will never recommend you again and I will be looking into my bills. Hopefully you will have to pay for my bills... Void! The stress, the way we were treated over phone, in person, the gas, etc. WOW You will be held accountable.

I needed an emergency vet to euthanize my cat, who had been hit by a car and had a broken back. When I called Bear Creek, and spoke to the vet, he treated me with complete rudeness and disrespect. It was clear he didn't want to help my poor cat, and his only concern was how he was going to be paid. I'd explained to him that I was unable to drive, and my neighbor was going to be bringing my cat to him. I offered to stop the next morning when I had a ride arranged for me to get to a doctor's appointment, or I could send a card or a check. His only response was, "how do I know the check will be any good?" Needless to say, we made a bigger effort to get in touch with another vet, who was very kind and who met my neighbor at his clinic. That vet took care of my injured cat and charged HALF of what Bear Creek quoted me. It's pitiful that Dr. Hepworth at Bear Creek Animal Hospital is even allowed to practice as a veterinarian, since he obviously doesn't actually care about the animals people bring to him, and he obviously has no respect for the customers who he makes his living from.

Dr. Kelly and his team gave incredible orthopedic care to our dog Birdie during our visit to Craig from out of town! They were so kind, I’d recommend them to anyone!

Called multiple times and got no response until I was out of town. They let me know how they don’t pick up strays but only ones that look expensive. They told me also that if I couldn’t pay that they would adopt him out to another family. My bill was 435 dollars but to adopt him out and give him to a new family was 90 dollars. The people are extremely rude and treated me like I purposely let my cat get outside. They’re scam artist and I don’t doubt they get every penny they can out of there patients.
