Excellent experience. Staff very attentative and caring. Being from outta state, they were a blessing to examine our special needs cat.

I called to see if there were any available appointments (on a Monday) to see our cat and was told they would work us in. We are from out of state so we are not familiar with veterinarians near Colorado Springs. If I were to move near Fountain, I would POSITIVELY use this vet office. ALL the staff were Extremely CARING and NICE.

This is the last time I’m coming here, I’m always on time/early and I still end up waiting 45 min for my dog to even be assessed! Also they charge $10.00 for you to refill your flea, tick and heart worm medications.

They make you wait a whole hour before they call you back to look at your animal and then when you are waiting inside the building for them look at your animal they make you wait Another 20 to 30 minutes this is the third time this has happened to me. I am done with this place. I put my dog through alot stress just sitting in a hot parking lot for an hour All this just for a simple check up too
