Everyone at Banfield is so helpful in caring for our dog. They are communicative, thorough, and reliable. We had to have our dogs teeth cleaned recently, and in particular, our tech Lexi and Kaitlin at the front desk were friendly, professional, and loving towards our dog as he went through a very stressful day.
