Golden Paws Animal Hospital

I have been to many vets in lots of states, but Dr Carley at Golden Paws was amazing! She listened to us, was very thorough while examining my puppy and took time to answer all of our questions. She even followed up with us with a contact number if we had questions while traveling....10 stars for me!

This place is all about money. The people at the front desk are rude. They let my cat just die, didn't even care to set up a payment plan. Went there for my dog and the wanted the money before anything. They don't care about your pet. My dog still needs surgery they took my payment?!. They are expensive 🫰👎and not worth it! Go to another vet👎

Careful with reviewing for this Hospital they RETALIATE against bad reviews. I posted this review this morning after I was upset with how my husband was treated. I quickly received a phone call from the vet saying they will no longer do the surgery on my dog even though I have already paid for the Services. This just proves they are cold uncompassionate And not deserving of taking care of Animals if you can’t take care of their owners feelings and concerns as well. Instead of trying to make things right with me and calling to apologize for how we were treated, we were called come pick up our dog and that we would get a refund and they were no longer going to be doing the procedure on him. The Vet Allison Stated that I had no communication with them prior to my review, which is false. I have openly told their staff multiple times on how they have treated me over payments acting as if I am not equal to other clients because I cannot pay the way they want in full?? Discrimination at its finest. This is not the first time this has happened and I did not just run to a review first. ******** Post from this morning: I’ve been coming to this hospital and using the mobile vet for years for my cats and my large dog. I am someone that does have to do payment plans, but ALWAYS Pay pays off my bills with them. It was a huge mistake taking my husky back to them for a mass removal. Even though they called me a day before to say there was an opening there was no discussion on what to expect in the morning. They greeted my husband by saying they would NOT take our dog without Payment upfront this time and not in a respectful manner either(Saying due to nonpayment last time) Which is false. To be treated like this is disgusting. To fill this type of hostility from someone you are leaving your animal with is gross. Looking at all the other 1 star reviews they Are VERY accurate because they are uncompassionate and unprofessional.I will not be using them going forward and you shouldn’t either..

I've been taking my dog here for a few years, but growing really tired of their poor service, incompetence and extremely high prices. I've also noticed that they have a lot of vet turnover. Every time I go there, I get someone different. Examples of recent poor service and incompetence: - One of the vets was so rude in the past, I had to request that she never care for my dog again. - During the most recent checkup and vaccination, I literally had to ask question after question to get any information out of the new vet. Instead of showing up prepared and proactively explaining costs, etc. I literally had to drive the entire conversation and pull out all of the information. Then she didn't bother to tell me when the blood test results would be back, so I had to ask the tech, who told me that the vet would call me the next day. Instead I had to wait 4 days, never got a call, and instead got an email. - Then they never sent me the vaccination records, so I had to email them today asking for a copy, and included the email for my dog's boarding facility so i can board him this week. Then instead of getting what I requested, the lady sends me an email telling me the records are attached, but that she needs the boarding facility email (even though I already sent it), but the records aren't attached either. Hysterical, complete incompetence! So then I have to call to make sure it happens, and the same woman sends me the records, but doesn't bother to copy the boarding facility, so I had to send it myself. Completely incompetent. I'll never go back to this place.
