DR Jones did a fantastic job on my little dog Murphys dental procedure . This is Murphys second surgery done here at Greenwood Village Vet and I wouldn't go anywhere else . The doctors and staff are awesome !!! Murphy loves to see them all !! Thank you to all the staff and Dr Jones and Dr Perry for taking such good care of Murphy !! I highly recommend GWVV Clinic !!!

I took my dog to this vet for the first time today, because the reviews on Google were good. However, I will not be returning. The front desk person was not very friendly, which was an immediate red flag. Even if you're not naturally nice, you should fake it for customers. The other major issue was the cost of medication. As we were sitting in the exam room, the tech told me it would cost about $200, but didn't mention the medication (for an ear infection) would be an additional $200+. I paid at the front desk, even though I was annoyed. When I got to my car, I searched the same medication on Chewy and found it could get it for $70 less. I understand supporting local business, but vets are trying to make up lack of profitability with prescription drugs, which I think is immoral. You're taking advantage of people's anxiety about their pets being sick and the "convenience" factor of getting it there instead of waiting a day or two. I don't know if there's an ethical vet practice out there anymore, but I'll keep searching.
