Dr. Kit is not a good doctor at all. Our dogs leg was broken, clearly visible in person and she said it was sprained, being dramatic and to leave her in a kennle so she can heal. I came back a week later as her arm was getting worse and more bent and demanded a xray for her to come back in and say yes both bones in the arm are broken in half. Then gets attitude with me and my wife saying "you can believe me or not, I couldn't tell it had any break" It was with out a doubt bent and fully visible to the naked eye, it doesnt bot take any experience to see it wasnt straight at all. I took her to Loveland to a specialty surgeon to fix it, and told them to send the xray over before I left and I took photos on my phone since they cant release the xray to me?? I get to Loveland over and hour drive to say they dont have the xray, Noone sent them over and they cant get ahold of the office. So I had to e.ail the pictures that I personally took to the surgeon himself. He said there is ZERO reason she shouldn't have known that and it was a shame to call her a doctor for that experience alone, as well as other experiences hes heard about her and this office. Also if we waited any longer we would have to amputated it because it was so severe. He did fix her up, did an amazing job and was more than a quality human and doctor. Just saying. So all that being said, this isnt the only bad experience ive had at this vca but that was the last straw. They've clipped my other dogs nails to where they were bleeding at each nail, so I stopped letting them do any nails, I had a cat who was incredibly gentle and another female doctor that no longer is there was very rough on him and rude. Plenty of things to say, they were just close and I had my insurance through them so couldn't get out of it untill it was the end of the year. Be so careful with who you are letting handle your pets here. And I mean, BE CAREFUL! Im not just a ranting keyboard Karen. I genuinely dont leave bad reviews for a single experience, but this is very wrll deserved. This is not the place to trust they'll do the job.
