I haven’t read the reviews but I would imagine that there is some feedback on the cost here. Yes, VRCC is expensive. For emergency services you can expect to pay a hefty premium. I will say that the team there is honest and not looking to kick you when you’re down. Our primary vet requested an echocardiogram, which they weren’t equipped to do. Called VRCC and made appt with cardiologist but was told we could come in sooner if condition worsened. Condition worsened slightly and we came in for a visit. After an ultrasound and reviewing records from primary, the cardiologist was very honest about the procedure and how it would not change the course of treatment nor could they use it to make a determination one way or another. The staff overall is very informative and kind. People are often visiting here on their worst day and they are acutely aware of this. Also they’re in my backyard and have temporarily sheltered my golden retriever who loves to go on self guided tours of the neighborhood sometimes. They haven’t once batted an eye over it.

Absolutely the worst experience in an emergency situation, ever! Will never return to this clinic. Utter incompetence from Riley at reception to unavailable/invisible medical staff.

9-6-2026 was our 4th or 5th visit. The first visit was due to a dog attacking our dog August 21, 2026. The first visit and every time after the staff was wonderful and compassionate. Dr Aiello is amazing, understanding, compassionate, and very communicative. CC had two surgeries since the attack and multiple check ins. Today was her final check up to remove stitches. Our family is so grateful for the car VRCC provided. It is an emergency vet where they use triage, so some cases wait longer than others. The staff cares about each animal, just because some cases take longer does not mean that have forgotten or don’t care. There is just a more serious issue.

We were there last night waiting an hour and a half with our dog with diarrhea, they mentioned there was only one doctor on call and there were more urgent cases than ours, we were supposed to keep on waiting for like an hour more, we were updated only when we approached them to know why was the wait SO LONG. Go somewhere else, we did and and were immediately assisted.

Took dash back following a mixiup with his s insulin. Staff are so sweet and cared for him overnight watching him and monitoring him so he blood sugar didn't crash. Thank you so much! $1600 for overnight, and all is well now. 2026-08-25 -- If you have an emergency, like we did with our cat howling in pain, these folks know their stuff... Immediately got to the heart of the matter. Came out to the car to get the kitty and called with updates while we waited. (Covid-19 protocol parents stay in car while vets check pets inside} so very professional and helpful. Caught our issue early so not too expensive!
